Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to opt out from the “sale” of their personal information by a company governed by the CCPA.
HypeAuditor collects data that helps us achieve the purpose indicated in our Privacy Policy.
HypeAuditor collects categories of personal information from the following categories of sources: users, including clients, bloggers, and their subscribers.
HypeAuditor may use or disclose personal information for one or more of the following business purposes: advertising and analysis of related statistics and data.
Under the CCPA, some targeted advertising activities can be considered a “sale” of personal information.
The meaning of “sale”, as defined by the CCPA, is broad and includes certain types of sharing.
Currently, HypeAuditor does not exchange personal information for money with anyone. Furthermore, HypeAuditor does not knowingly sell the personal information of minors who are 13 years of age or younger.
If you wish to opt out from the “sale” of your personal information as permitted by the CCPA in the event we do “sell” personal information in the future, you can do so. Moreover, we will keep a record of this request.
To submit a request, please send an email to dpo@hypefactory.com with “California Opt Out from Sale” as the subject. You must provide, at minimum, the name and email address associated with your information or account.
Please note that our ability to maintain a record of your request is only possible so long as the information you provide is accurate and complete. We will only record the name and email address that you provide us.
